Our Story
vivid-daisy began in 2016 when two colleagues noticed a recurring problem: people were frustrated with technology that should be making their lives easier. Whether it was a crashed laptop full of important documents or a smart home system that nobody could figure out, the common thread was the same. Technology had become complicated, and support felt impersonal.
Starting from a small workshop in South London, we set out to provide something different. Not just technical competence, but genuine understanding. We listened to what our clients actually needed, explained things in plain English, and followed up to make sure everything worked as expected.
That approach resonated with people. Word spread, and within a few years we had grown from a two-person operation into a proper team serving clients across London and beyond. The workshop became a proper premises, and our services expanded to meet the evolving needs of both home users and businesses.
