Cancellation
You may cancel a service booking with at least 24 hours notice without charge. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee to cover our costs. For services already commenced, you will be charged for work completed and any materials ordered.
Warranties
Our repair services include a warranty as specified at the time of quotation, typically 90 days for labour and varying periods for parts. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorised modifications.
Liability for Devices
While devices are in our possession for repair, we take reasonable care to protect them. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the market value of the device at the time of loss. We recommend backing up data before submitting devices for repair, as we cannot guarantee data preservation.
